Watch the Forum Players bring William Shakespeare’s classic comedy to GCC’s Stuart Steiner Theatre stage.

Johnny Dow (11/6/84-12/22/13) “Forum Player for Life”

Johnny Dow was a GCC theatre arts major from 2007-2011. During that time, he was awarded Forum Player of the Year for 2008-2009 and was a talented and cherished cast member in Once Upon a Wolf (2007), One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (2007), Fairy Tale Courtroom (2008), Peter Pan (2008), Mindgame (2008), Noises Off (2009), One Acts (2009), Anansi the Spider and the Middle Passage (2010), Chicago (2010), Blood Brothers (2011), and Dog Sees God (2012).

John’s true passion was being on stage… acting for others’ pleasure with his gifted talent. He was all set to make his move to NYC on January 5, 2014. Tragically, on December 22, 2013, he lost his life in a head-on collision during an ice storm. The Forum Players will be presenting his mother Kathie Sheridan with a plaque in his honor on the evening of Saturday December 3rd before the performance of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
